Booking Policies

To keep classes running smoothly and ensure everyone has the opportunity to attend, please review the following booking policies:

Class Reservations

All classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Clients may book classes starting 30 days before the scheduled class time, and booking closes 24 hours before the class start time

Arrival Time

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class to allow time to settle in. Late arrivals may not be permitted once class has started to avoid disruption.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a class, please cancel at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a forfeited class credit.

Waitlist

If a class is full, you are welcome to join the waitlist. If a spot opens, you will automatically be added to the class and notified. Standard cancellation policies apply once you are moved into the class.

No-Shows

Clients who do not attend a booked class without canceling will lose that class credit.
